Responsible & reporting to: Operations Manager / Assigned Team Leader
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all new and existing customers in the company database and dealing with the company are legitimate.
- Perform detailed customer and analyse the data .
- Ability to understand organisational structures.
- Carry out due diligence on all assigned customers
- Ensure that all information and customer specifications are legally compliant
- Carry out customer screening exercises.
- Guarantee that all customers are really who they are.
- Skills to review and analyse information.
- Ability to get more information on entities.
- A high level of order / organisation and attention to detail.
- Capacity to meet set deadlines.
- Tech savvy to embrace technology and bring operational efficiencies at the Business Unit.
- Demonstrate professional and ethical values that build a compliance culture across the Company.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing or any equivalent qualification
- Mature 23 to 30 yrs old.
- 2 years work experience
- Knowledge of Bitrix 24 an added advantage.
