Exhibition Only

Four day exhibition that will afford your organisation to exhibit your products and services. Exhibition will enable you to interact with the delegates that come to your stand.. You will be able to put activities that you believe will engage your potential clients. The event organisers are supplying tables and chairs for the exhibition booth, with the tables and chairs increasing as the booth size increases. Please see below the Exhibition Fees.

Company Specific Symposium

You can choose an already designed topic or you many choose to create your own topic. A symposium is basically a formal meeting where people come together to discuss a particular topic. There are usually presentations by experts, followed by Q&A and discussions among the attendees. Here’s a breakdown of the key features of a symposium:

• Focus: Symposia typically focus on a specific topic, often a complex one, and provide a deep dive into that topic.
• Presentations: Experts in the field present their research or knowledge on the topic.
• Discussion: Symposia are designed to encourage discussion and exchange of ideas among the attendees. This can be through Q&A sessions, panel discussions, or breakout groups.

Your organisation may organise a Symposium from the 26th of March to the 29th of March 2025. You will be responsible for securing you MC, speakers and topic. Your symposium should run for a maximum of 1 hour 30 mins. You may pre-book for this in the exhibition and sponsorship packs. We have limited space and it will be on a first come basis. The symposium comes at an additional fee of $450 per slot.

We have organised a total of 60 symposiums to cover the all twelve areas of life for women. These symposiums are thought-provoking events designed to explore the exciting world of the twelve areas of life for women.

This symposium offers a unique opportunity for women of all walks of life to gather, share knowledge, and delve into the latest advancements, challenges, and opportunities in this critical field.

These symposiums are all running on the 26^th to the 28^th of March in 6 halls. We’ll be having the privilege of hearing from renowned experts who will share their insights through presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops.

This magazine will be sold at the event and after the event. The Magazine will have a quarterly release. We would encourage your organisation to participate by putting vouchers, ‘discount codes and much more.
